How the facility works

This facility consists mainly of a gas turbine (GT1), coupled with an alternator (G1), a heat-recovery steam generator (HRSG) at three pressure levels, a steam turbine (ST2) coupled with its alternator (G2) and an air condenser.

The electricity produced enters the GSE grid.

Environmental control and safety

Emissions are constantly monitored through a continuous emission monitoring system (SME). The system gauges the concentration of NOX, CO e O2 in the fumes and can calculate the hourly and daily average concentration levels, in order to allow compliance with the authorised limitations.
