By listening to the needs of local areas, we are in constant dialogue with all our local stakeholders to design shared initiatives that promote and raise awareness of sustainability issues.

Promoting a sustainable energy culture among communities

Because we believe that the future of energy and of our company passes through collaboration, we promote initiatives that encourage an increasingly conscious use of energy among all our stakeholders.

Edison School

Established in 2021, the digital platform offering school-work programs to provide guidance to the energy sector for secondary school students. The activities include training on electricity production, through innovative educational tools such as podcasts, experiments and video explorations of power plants and energy professionals, and a project work, in which the class turns into a startup to develop a creative idea. The project has already involved nearly fifty institutions throughout the country.

School of Energy Trades

To promote the skills development of the younger generation, together with Aforisma School of Management we have created the School of Energy Trades, an initiative that, thanks to tools such as school-work and professional apprenticeship programs, creates training and employment opportunities for young people who want to acquire a recognized professional training qualification that can be spent in the energy labour market.

Segnali d’Italia

Innovation is an integral part of our business model: for many years now we have been promoting research activities to test new resources, technologies and models to accompany the energy transition in collaboration with territorial entities and stakeholders. With this in mind, in collaboration with IGPDecaux we have continued to promote the Segnali d’Italia initiative to tell about little-known local situations such as artisans, entrepreneurs, associations or third-sector non-profit initiatives that have succeeded in designing and implementing valid and useful actions for the community.

Our commitment extended to the supply chain

We collaborate with suppliers that guarantee the application of the highest standards in terms of health and safety, respect for human rights, the fight against corruption and environmental protection. To substantiate this commitment, we have equipped ourselves with several tools for a well-structured compliance program aimed at transferring our way of doing business to our stakeholders.
