Path for new graduates:
All new and young graduates at the beginning of their professional career (0-3 years) wishing to join Edison Group are involved in a selection process called Talent Acquisition.
Candidates whose curriculum is suitable for the sought profile could complete two tests (a personality one and a logical-deductive thinking one), a professional bio, an unconventional interview with HRs and lastly the technical interview with a manager and a HR Business Partner.
The entire recruitment process can have an indicative duration between 15 and 35 days.
