After filling in the application form or sending an unsolicited application, your CV will be sent to Edison's recruiters.
Recruiters will analyse all the CVs received to identify those considered most suitable - this can take up to 10 days.
If your CV passes the screening process, we will send you two tests, to be taken online, on logical-deductive thinking and personality. We will also ask you for a professional bio (educational background and work experience).
If the result of the tests is satisfactory, you will be invited to an in-person interview (or via Skype) with the recruiters to explore your motivation and suitability for the role.
The last step of the selection process consists of an interview with the head of the department for which you are applying; the interview will relate to the specific skills required for the position.
If the technical interview also has a positive outcome you will receive final feedback and be ready to join Edison!

If deemed necessary, a second in-person interview will be conducted in which the head of department or director of the area to which you have applied will be personally involved.
