Adverse Impact

Edison has implemented a rigorous approach to ensure fairness in the hiring process by monitoring and managing Adverse Impact – an evaluation system aimed at identifying the presence of gender bias in business practices.

The introduction of psychometric tests used during CV screening phase and testing helped eliminate the risk of bias, and thus discrimination, ensuring the absence of gender bias.

This balance is maintained in the subsequent stages of interviews and offers, highlighting the absence of any Adverse Impact.

Graduate Program

All recent graduates and young graduates at the beginning of their professional careers (0-2 years) who wish to join the Edison Group are involved in a selection process called Talent Acquisition.
Candidates whose curriculum vitae aligns with the desired profile will have to complete two tests (personality and logical-deductive thinking), a professional biography, an unconventional interview with HR, and finally the technical interview with the manager and the HR Business Partner.
Upon sending your CV, you will receive an automatic confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your application and, within 15 days, feedback regarding your entry or non-entry into the selection process.
The entire selection process may then have an indicative duration of between 15 and 25 days.

Recruiters will analyse all the CVs received to identify those considered most suitable - this can take up to 10 days.

If your CV passes the screening process, we will send you two tests, to be taken online, on logical-deductive thinking and personality. We will also ask you for a professional bio (educational background and work experience).

Potential and orientation interview

If the result of the tests is satisfactory, you will be invited to an in-person interview (or via Skype) with the recruiters to explore your motivation and suitability for the role.

Technical interview

The last step of the selection process consists of an interview with the head of the department for which you are applying; the interview will relate to the specific skills required for the position.

If the technical interview also has a positive outcome you will receive final feedback and be ready to join Edison!

Standard track

All non-newly graduated individuals who wish to join the Edison Group undergo the following selection process. The entire selection process can have an indicative duration of between 15 and 35 days.
