ITS (Higher Technical Institutes)
The Scuola Edison program, supported by 140 employee volunteers, brings interactive workshops into schools to introduce students to careers in the energy sector and help them explore their future paths.
The program offers over 75 certified hours of career orientation activities and provides a unique opportunity for students to discover their talents by engaging with professionals who have chosen a career in energy.
With the Energy Trades School (Scuola dei Mestieri dell’Energia), we offer concrete opportunities for students after middle school and for those seeking real chances for personal and professional growth—helping both communities and local areas thrive.

Edison Energy Camp
Are you ready to take on a new challenge and build your future in the energy sector? With Edison Energy Camp 2025, you’ll have the opportunity to take part in a unique learning experience featuring lectures, hands-on workshops, and real-world challenges alongside Edison professionals and faculty from Luiss Business School. This two-week intensive program is designed for students in the second year of their master's degree in scientific, economic, or legal disciplines who are eager to play an active role in the energy transition.
