We place our people at the heart of our efforts with projects that promote their growth and development, valuing the talents and contributions of everyone.

Our Young Community is a three-year development and training program designed for recent graduates or young professionals with limited experience. It supports them in the early stages of their career while fostering both personal and professional growth.

Today, the Community brings together more than 160 young colleagues with diverse academic backgrounds, working across all business areas and in the main regions where we operate, with a significant female representation of around 40%.

Throughout the program, participants receive continuous feedback from their managers, take part in skills assessments with external specialists, and benefit from a merit-based compensation system that rewards individual commitment and contribution.

The program is designed to:
  • Facilitate entry into the company and introduce our business areas
  • Foster the integration of our culture and values
  • Develop soft skills and cross-functional capabilities
  • Build a strong and valuable internal network
The Young Community offers a wide range of training and experiential activities, including:
  • Onboarding and Welcome Day to get to know our organization
  • Soft Skills training courses – communication & emotional intelligence, problem solving & critical thinking, time & priority management
  • Edison Energy Induction on the company’s businesses
  • Language, IT, and AI training programs
  • Foundations of Economics and Corporate Finance pathway
  • Hackathons and skill development labs
  • Opportunities for shadowing senior company professionals

Last but not least, the Young Community also provides concrete support for the daily lives of young colleagues: through the Company Social Housing project, we offer housing solutions close to the workplace, with affordable rents that do not exceed one-third of the starting salary. A tangible and immediate help to foster the independence of recent graduates as they begin their professional journey.
