Again, during 2021, as a result of the emergency situation generated by the pandemic, the number of people who worked in smart working mode was considerable, while the company's communication initiatives across all levels, including remotely, were maintained with the aim of keeping an open channel for listening and communication between the company and its people.
Through the Edison per te welfare and people care programme, we meet the personal needs of our persons with services and opportunities regarding family matters, health, sports and well-being, leisure time and savings. In 2021, about 88% of the group's Italian employees who were offered welfare services has taken advantage of them. On average, each employee has benefited from 7.3 services.
