We recruit many different types of professions, from those with an engineering-technical background to those with more commercial or financial qualifications.

We conduct an annual survey in order to closely listen our people. The main results are:

Edison monitors the difficulties that emerge within business life through the use of surveys and the daily dialogue between management and employees.

We support the development of action plans targeted/aimed to concretely answer to what emerges from the listening moments of every person, aiming at the continuous improvement within our working environment.
