Edison: presented the proposals and the candidates for the renewal of the board of directors

Milan, March 21, 2022 – Edison informs that Transalpina di Energia Spa has communicated the proposals and the list of the candidates Directors for the Shareholders’ Meeting called for next March 31, 2022.

The ten proposed directors are:
1.    Marc Benayoun (Chairman)
2.    Béatrice Bigois
3.    Paolo Di Benedetto (He declared himself in possession of independence requirements)
4.    Fabio Gallia (He declared himself in possession of independence requirements)
5.    Angela Gamba (She declared herself in possession of independence requirements)
6.    Xavier Girre
7.    Jean-Bernard Lévy
8.    Nicola Monti 
9.    Nelly Recrosio 
10.  Florence Schreiber
Furthermore, it has been proposed the appointment of Marc Benayoun as President, to establish the term of office of the Board of Directors in 3 (three) financial years and therefore up to the approval of the financial statements related to the financial year ending on 31 December 2024 and to pay an annual remuneration, for each director, of 50,000 euros gross as well as an attendance fee of 1,800 euros gross to each director for each meeting of the Board of Directors in which they take part.
