Milan, March 26, 2010 – The special meeting of savings shareholders of Edison Spa, convened today on third call, has appointed Alessandro Baroni as the common representative of savings shareholders. Duration of appointment was confirmed for one fiscal year: Alessandro Baroni will hold this post up to the meeting which will approve the financial statements as at December 31, 2010. The special meeting has also defined the remuneration of the common representative at 25,000 euros.
The meeting of savings shareholders also examined and approved the report on the fund established for the needed sums to safeguard the common interests.
