I don't remember the password to access to the Edison Supplier Qualification Portal
Select the link Are you a registered supplier? Access and click on Get Support. Then enter your user ID and the email address specified during the registration process and select Submit to receive a new password

Clicking on the link to access into the portal (as registered user or as first registration) i don't display correctly the page, why?
Verify these technical requirements with your ICT support:

  • Internet Explorer 8 or better
  • Compatibility view enabled
  • popup blocker disabled
  • web browsing allowed on ports 8100, 8102, 8200, 50200 and 52000

How can I monitore the qualification status?
At the end of each evaluation, we'll send, automatically, an email with the final result of the qualification process, except the requests archived, due to shortage of minimal requirement.
In any case, it's always possible to consult your qualification status accessing on the portal and clicking on the section "Qualification questionnaire".

At the selection of the qualification questionnaire, a blank page is displayed.
Please verify the technical requirements, probably the web browsing is not allowed on the requested ports.

How much time do I have to complete the registration process? Is it possible to save it temporarily?
The Self Service Registration cannot be saved and it must be completed in 20 minutes.

The system doesn’t allow me to remove some of the goods and services categories.
