Edison: Luciano Duccio Castelli confirmed common representative of the savings shareholders
Milan, April 12, 2021 – The Meeting of the holders of Edison’s savings shares confirmed Luciano Duccio Castelli to the post of common representative of the savings shareholders. His term of office was set at three years (until the Shareholders’ Meeting convened to approve the financial statements at December 31, 2023) and the annual compensation was confirmed at 25,000 euro. In addition, the Meeting resolved to approve the report of the use of the fund, established for the expenses necessary to protect the common interests, and the reconstitution of the same at € 100,000.00.
