Milan, September 22, 2012 - After the shareholding reorganization, Edison begins a new phase of growth and development within the EDF Group, through the enhancement of its peculiarities and specific skills. Edison will become the hydrocarbons platform of the EDF Group, will contribute to the development of the Group's electricity business on international markets and consolidate its position in the Italian energy market, benefiting from the cooperation with other companies of the EDF Group in Italy.
For this purpose the direction of Edison will be granted by the Executive Committee, which has been appointed and convenes, together with the CEO, Bruno Lescoeur:

Pier Giuseppe Biandrino, General Counsel and Property;
Didier Calvez, Chief Financial Officer;
Pietro Cavanna, Senior Advisor in Hydrocarbons business;
Giorgio Colombo, Human Resources, Information Technology and Purchasing;
Nicola Monti, Hydrocarbons Exploration & Production;
Roberto Potì, International Power Development and Institutional and Regulatory Affairs; Gianbattista Retegno, Engineering;
Pierre Vergerio, Midstream gas, Energy Management and Optimization;
Alessandro Zunino, Sales and Energy Services.
