Milan, June 29, 2010 – Thomas Piquemal was co-opted member of the Board of Directors of Edison and appointed Chairman of Internal Auditing Board. Thomas Piquemal replaces the outgoing Director, Didier Calvez.
The new Director will remain in office until the next meeting.
Thomas Piquemal is “Group Senior Executive Vice President, Finance” of French Group EDF.
