We have always adopted an approach aimed at strengthening ongoing dialogue and engagement with all stakeholders — at European, national, and local levels — as a key enabler of our business processes. In this context, we actively promote and participate in opportunities for discussion on sustainable development, engaging a wide range of stakeholders through various initiatives. These include programs designed to listen and respond to expectations regarding our role as an employer and as a committed player in the sustainable energy transition, as well as projects and initiatives aimed at generating positive socio-economic, cultural, and/or environmental impacts.

Stakeholder Advisory Board (SAB)
The synthesis of the various stakeholder categories is represented by the Stakeholder Advisory Board (SAB), a three-year consultative body that plays a central role in the company’s sustainability governance. The SAB is composed of 16 distinguished external members selected from within our external Value Ecosystem — including suppliers, customers, consumers, technology partners, representatives of local communities and regions, sustainable development organizations, media and industry opinion leaders, academic institutions and younger generations. The SAB meets up to three times a year and engages in dialogue with the CEO and designated members of the Sustainability Management Committee to discuss the evolution of the sustainable development strategy, which is presented annually to the Board of Directors.
