Milan, December 3, 2010 – Edison Spa announces that its Board of Directors, acting further to a favourable opinion rendered by the Committee expressly established and composed exclusively of non-executive and independent Directors, unanimously approved the Procedure Governing Related-party Transactions, pursuant to Consob Resolution No. 17221 of March 12, 2010.
The Procedure will go into effect on January 1, 2011, except for the terms indicated by the Consob Rules concerning the price sensitive press releases and the information documents.
