Patrizia Albano - Substitute auditor

Born in Naples on 29 August 1953
She holds a degree in Law from La Sapienza University in Rome.

• She began her career working as an in-house lawyer at Istituto Mobiliare Italiano S.p.A. from 1981 to 1999, before moving to San Paolo IMI S.p.A. as Head of the Central Legal Department of the Major Clients Division until 2000;
• She served as General Counsel at IBI (now Alerion Clean Power S.p.A.) and as Head of the Corporate Secretariat at Risanamento Napoli S.p.A. and Fincasa S.p.A., both listed on the Italian Stock Exchange.
• From 2003 to 2007, she practised at the Carbonetti Law Firm.
• Since 2007, she has practised at his own firm in Rome and Milan (Albalegal Avvocati) in the field of corporate law, dealing primarily with corporate advisory services and capital transactions, banking and financial transactions, as well as institutional and corporate compliance (privacy, anti-money laundering, security, and administrative liability of legal persons under Law 231/2001).
• Since 2008, she has provided ongoing consultancy to the Prada Group. In particular, she assisted Prada S.p.A. with its listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and holds the position of Head of the Group’s Corporate Affairs Department and Company Secretary. In this capacity, she oversees governance and corporate legal matters for the listed parent company and its subsidiaries in Italy and worldwide; she supervises the Corporate Secretariat, Shareholdings and Compliance, and manages extraordinary transactions.
• She represented the Company at Assolombarda, where she served as Chairman of the Fashion and Design Group from February 2015 to January 2018.
• From April to October 2015, she served as a Director on the Board of Directors of Banca Carim – Cassa di Risparmio di Rimini S.p.A.
• From June to December 2016, she also served as a Director on the Board of Directors of Mediacontech S.p.A.
• From April 2020 to March 2022, she also held the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Body of Fiocchi Munizioni S.p.A.

• Member of the Board of Directors, of the Nomination Committee, and Chairman of the Corporate Governance and Environmental and Social Sustainability Committee of FinecoBank S.p.A. (since 2017);
• Statutory Auditor of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Artemide Group S.p.A. and of Artemide S.p.A. (since 2014);
• Member of the Board of Directors of Piaggio & C. S.p.A. (since 2018);
• Alternate Auditor of Edison S.p.A. (since 2020);
• Member of the Investment Committee of Be Cause Sicaf S.p.A. (since 2022);
• Member of the Board of Directors of Milanosesto SICAF in Gestione Esterna S.p.A. (since 2023).
