Since 2020 we have mapped, met, and experimented with startups. Together, we experiment innovative solutions enabling us to employ the best technologies available for the energy sector, environmental sustainability, and customers.

People for innovation: we value our employees’ entrepreneurial ideas through E-DEAS

E-DEAS is our program of corporate intrapreneurship dedicated to Edison’s human capital. The program has come to its third edition with the aim of highlighting entrepreneurial ideas through a training path and valuable tools for their development.

Collaboration and investments

We are active as a corporate venture capital to invest in future and build solutions to today’s challenges.

In March 2022 we invested in Condeo, a startup providing management solutions to condo administrators, flat owners, and providers.

In July 2022 we became members of CDP Energy Tech equity fund.

Condeo is a cloud platform simplifying communications and management of daily routine in a condominium.

Vibre

Vibre develops systems based on neural interfaces for monitoring stress in workers of high-risk work environments.

Edison Digital Academy

The Edison Digital Academy (EDA) was developed and launched in 2020 with the collaboration of Talent Garden.

The academy is an accredited training school with the mission of permanent training on skills for digital transformation.
