Snam submits a binding offer for Edison Stoccaggio
Milan, 4 June 2024 – With reference to today’s press rumors, Edison and Snam announce that the latter has submitted a binding offer aimed at the purchase of 100% of Edison Stoccaggio. The offer follows the start of exclusive negotiations between Edison and Snam announced last 24 February.
The market will be duly informed about the possible conclusion of the negotiations.
