Edison: Special Meeting of Savings Shareholders – Nomination for the appointment of the common Representative of the category submitted
Milan, March 30, 2021 – Edison informs that Amber Capital UK LLP has submitted the nomination of the lawyer Luciano Duccio Castelli as Common Representative of saving shareholders. The same shareholder also proposed the reconstitution, at € 100,000.00, of the fund established for the expenses needed to protect the common interest of the category. The proposals formulated, the candidate's curriculum vitae and his declaration of acceptance are available to the public at the Company's headquarters, on Edison Spa website (https://www.edison.it/en/special-shareholders-meeting-2021) and on the authorized storage system “eMarket Storage” (www.emarketstorage.com).
As already indicated in the call notice, the new proxy and proxy/sub-proxy forms, updated to take into account of the above mentioned proposals, will be available on Edison Spa website (https://www.edison.it/en/shareholders-meeting-2021) by April 1, 2021.
