Edison: presented the candidates for the renewal of the board of directors
Milan, March 28, 2019 – Edison informs that Transalpina di Energia Spa has communicated the list of the candidates that it proposes for the election of Edison’s Board of Directors during the Shareholders’ Meeting called for next April 2, 2019.
The nine proposed directors are:

3. Paolo Di Benedetto (He declared himself in possession of independence requirements)
4. Fabio Gallia (He declared himself in possession of independence requirements)
5. Xavier Girre
6. Sylvie Jehanno

8. Nathalie Tocci (She declared herself in possession of independence requirements)
