Edison: Luciano Duccio Castelli appointed common representative of the savings shareholder
Milan, April 6, 2018 – The Meeting of the holders of Edison’s savings shares appointed Luciano Duccio Castelli to the post of common representative of the savings shareholders. His term of office was set at three years (until the Shareholders’ Meeting convened to approve the financial statements at December 31, 2020) and he gross annual compensation at 25,000 euro. In addition, the Meeting resolved to approve the report of the use of the fund, established for the expenses needed to protect the common interests.
