ISO 37001 Anti-Corruption Guidelines

Edison’s Board of Directors has adopted Anti-Corruption Guideline fully in line with the Group’s broader policy aimed at emphasising and further reaffirming a firm position of total rejection and opposition to any form of corrupt conduct, also with reference to operations carried out in the territory of foreign countries.

As an Anti-Corruption Policy, they are consistent with the objective of creating and maintaining a Management System for the Prevention of Corruption in accordance with ISO 37001:2025.

The purpose of the compliance programme is to provide all employees and collaborators of Edison, as well as those who contribute to the achievement of the company’s goals and objectives in any way, with a systemic framework of existing principles and rules that must be respected in order to prevent the occurrence of corruptive incidents, in the areas of operations deemed most at risk.

Italian and foreign subsidiaries independently adopt and apply the Anti-Corruption Guidelines.
