Milan, February 14, 2020 – Please refer to Edison's 2020 financial calendar, published on 23 December, 2019, to specify the following:
  • the ordinary Shareholders' Meeting, on the agenda the approval of the Financial Statements at 31 December 2019, has been brought forward from May 14, 2020 to 28 April, 2020;
  • the date of the Board of Directors for the approval of the Third Quarterly Report at March 31, 2020 was brought forward from May 14, 2019 to April 28, 2020
Below is the updated calendar for the year 2020:

* It should be noted that, following the practice adopted by almost all listed companies, starting from 2020 Edison will only prepare the consolidated half-year financial report.
