- the ordinary Shareholders' Meeting, on the agenda the approval of the Financial Statements at 31 December 2019, has been brought forward from May 14, 2020 to 28 April, 2020;
- the date of the Board of Directors for the approval of the Third Quarterly Report at March 31, 2020 was brought forward from May 14, 2019 to April 28, 2020
