Edison: updated publication of the procedure for the regulation of transactions with related parties
Milan, 1 July 2021 - Edison S.p.A. informs that the Procedure for the regulation of Related Party Transactions of the Company, amended to take into account the new provisions introduced by the Consob Regulation and approved by Edison's Board of Directors on 30 June 2021, after receiving the favourable opinion of the Transactions with Parties Committee Correlate, effective from today, is available to the public on the Company's website at www.edison.it and on the authorized storage mechanism “eMarket Storage” (www.emarketstorage.com).
