Edison: special shareholders’ meeting of savings shareholders –nomination for the appointment of the common representative of the category
Milan, March 21, 2024 – Edison informs that Amber Capital Italia SGR S.p.A. and Amber Capital UK LLP have submitted jointly the nomination of Luciano Duccio Castelli as Common Representative of savings shareholders for a term of three years and the proposal for an annual compensation set at 25,000.00 euros, plus legal charges and reimbursement of documented expenses.
