Edison: Savings Shareholders’ Meeting decides to abandon the legal action against Edison
Milan, May 27, 2020 – Edison Savings Shareholders' Meeting, which met on first calling in Milan at the Studio Notarile Marchetti and was carried out remotely in accordance with the provisions concerning the limitations of the COVID-19 emergency, decided by a majority vote to abandon the legal action, brought by the Common Representative of the savings shareholders during 2019, before the Court of Milan, to contest Edison's 2018 Financial Statement.
The Shareholders' Meeting also ratified the actions of the Common Representative by a majority vote.
