Edison: new date for the annual general shareholder's meeting

Milan, February 21 2008 – Edison informs that the dates on which the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting will be convened to approve the 2007 annual financial statements and to appoint corporate bodies through list voting are April 2 (first call) and April 3 (second call), and not March 31 (first call) and April 1 (second call) as previously communicated.
