EDISON: Fenice Qualità per l’Ambiente, FCA Group Purchasing and CNH Industrial Italia define an agreement of principles for the renewal of the energy and ecological services’ contract
Milan (Italy), 29th December 2017 - Edison announces that its subsidiary Fenice Qualità per l’Ambiente SpA and FCA Group Purchasing S.r.l. and CNH Industrial Italia SpA today defined an agreement of principles for the renewal of the energy and ecological services’ contract. Thanks to the agreement, Fenice will continue to carry out the activities of transformation and distribution of electricity, production and distribution of thermal energy, compressed air and industrial water, drinking and demineralized, as well as the management of waste water treatment plants, through its own plants located in a series of establishments belonging to FCA and CNHI.
