Milan, January 20, 2011 – Edison informs that the Board of Directors meeting to examine 2010 annual financial statements, which was already scheduled on February 8, 2011, will be held on March 14, 2011. Consequently, the General Shareholders’ Meeting to examine 2010 annual financial statements, which will also have to appoint the corporate bodies, will be called in the last ten days of April.
This deferment will enable to keep into account the progresses of the ongoing negotiations in the oil and gas business.
