Milan, August 3, 2026 – Edison informs that the minutes of Edison’s Board of Directors meeting held on July 29, 2026 which approved, pursuant to art. 2502 and 2505 of the Italian Civil Code, the project for the merger by incorporation into Edison S.p.A. of Deposito GNL Brindisi S.r.l. (sole shareholder company) was recorded on, July 31, 2026 in the Register of Companies of Milano-Monza-Brianza-Lodi.
