According to Wikipedia, Edison is one of the best five companies in Italy in terms of communication. This emerges from the seventh edition of Lundquist Wikipedia Research 2015/2016, a survey assessing the quality of Wikipedia articles dedicated to companies.
This edition has focussed on the articles of the 100 largest Italian and European companies. Lundquist has been analysing and assessing the quality of company articles on Wikipedia since 2008, working to identify their weaknesses and problems. Moreover, it monitors the behaviour of companies which directly edit articles about them, which is a violation of the Wikipedia rules concerning neutrality of content.
