Business ethics
Ethical business and integrity
Our culture of integrity is based on the direct commitment of the company's Top Management; the latter can rely on a comprehensive system of tools and policies guided by the principle of "zero tolerance" towards fraud and corruption and the figure of the Ethics & Compliance Officer, who is responsible for promoting guidelines and directions on business ethics and compliance within the company, including the fight against fraud and corruption.
Prevention of corruption
We consider the respect for regulatory context and ethical and moral standards to be fundamental, and we systematically invest in a culture of integrity, also through continuous training of management, employees, and suppliers. Throughout 2024, numerous hours of training were provided through various e-learning courses available on the company's MyLa platform.
Hours of training on cross-cutting themes
Hours of training on active and passive corruption
Hours of training for executives on Anti-Corruption Guidelines, Illicit Influence Peddling and Model 231
