Sustainability policies

hands documents employees meeting

With the goal of driving the sustainable energy transition for our customers, suppliers and communities, we integrate sustainability principles into our corporate structure, business model and daily operations—through commitments, practices and processes, as well as control mechanisms, governance systems and reporting channels for non-compliance. We bring our sustainability practices to life through the definition of specific policies.

Sustainability policy

It defines and communicates our core principles and commitments to environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues, in line with the values expressed in our Code of Ethics, our Sustainability Impact Policies and our commitment to identifying, assessing and—where necessary—remediating negative impacts, scaling and enhancing the effectiveness of positive actions, managing risks and seizing opportunities related to material sustainability issues across the value chain.

Management and certification systems

We adopt integrated management systems compliant with international standards to ensure a systematic approach, continuously improve performance, reduce risks and meet the required standards for specific activities. We pay particular attention to environmental, safety and energy aspects, constantly monitoring key indicators to assess the performance of the management systems and ensure their periodic review in accordance with international standards. The results are shared with staff and stakeholders through appropriate communications. We go beyond mere compliance with regulations and certifications, aiming for continuous improvement in our practices. In 2024, this commitment led to external recognition, including Top Employer for human resource management and Top Contact Center for excellence in Customer Care services.
