S&P Global Ratings raises Edison's long-term rating to BBB+ with stable outlook
Milan, January 23, 2026 – Edison announces that S&P Global Ratings has raised the long-term rating of the company to BBB+ from BBB (BBB+/Stable/A-2), with a stable outlook. The action follows an equivalent changein the rating of EDF (BBB+/Stable/A-2), Edison controlling shareholder, with the expectation that Edison will maintain a solid operating performance and conservative credit metrics.
