Milan, November 2, 2010 – Please be advised that the minutes of the meeting held on July 23, 2010, during which the Board of Directors of Edison S.p.A. agreed to amend, effective as of November 1, 2010, certain articles of the Company Bylaws, making them consistent with the provisions of the Legislative Decree of January 27, 2010 (enacted to implement E.U. Directive No. 2007/36/EC concerning the exercise of certain rights by shareholders of publicly traded companies), are now available upon request, together with the amended Bylaws, at the Company’s head office and can be viewed on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it) and on the Company website (www.edison.it).
