Whit reference to recent press speculations, Edison informs that Board of Directors, preannounced on December 3, will be held on December 21 to examine the financial needs of the company.
Edison as already communicated, confirms the intentions to go back to a profitable growth, leveraging on the potentials offered by Company's future developments, namely in the hydrocarbons business, and despite the challenging market conditions in the power merchant sector.
