Graduated in Engineering from the «École polytechnique et de l’École nationale des ponts et chaussées».

• He has begun his career in 1993 at the French Ministry of Transport, then at the Ministry of the Interior.
• In 2000, he joined the Veolia group, where he held various management positions in France before being appointed Executive Vice President for North America, then Director of Operations in the Asia-Pacific region.
• Between 2013 and 2018, he served as Technical and Performance Director and Director of Global Specialty Businesses at Veolia.
• In 2018, he was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer, in charge of Finance, Digital, and Purchasing a position he held until September 2024.
• Since 2022, he has also been an independent director of Vinci.
• As of 1 September 2025, he joined EDF as Group Executive Director in charge of the Performance, Impact, Investment and Finance Division.
