Milan, May 8, 2024 – Edison's Board of Directors expresses its condolences for the premature and sudden loss of Dr. Fabio Gallia, whose great professional, personal, and human qualities have been appreciated over these years.

Last week, he participated in a two-day outdoor meeting of the Board of Directors of Edison, dedicated to reviewing the Company's strategic plan, where he made valuable contributions and provided his systemic vision. Appointed director of Edison in April 2019, Fabio Gallia, in his role as an independent administrator, held the role of Chairman of the Control, Risks, and Sustainability Committee and was a member of the Committee for transactions with related parties.
