Milan, February 21, 2014 – Edison informs that the Notice of Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of March 22-23, 2014 and the t 2013 Report of the Board of Statutory Auditors, prepared pursuant to Art. 153 of legislative decree 58/1998, are available to the public at the Company’s Headquarters and at the websites of Borsa Italiana (www.borsaitaliana.it) and of Edison Spa (http://www.edison.it/it/governance/assemblea-degli-azionisti/assemblea-ordinaria-degli-azionisti-del-28-29-marzo2014/documentazione.shtml).
Edison informs also that the Annual Financial Report at December 31, 2013, together with the Auditing Reports, the Report on Corporate Governance, the Compensation Report, and the illustrative report related to the Board of Statutory Auditors election have been already published and are available to the public in the same places.
