The Company intends to avail itself of the exemption from the obligation to publish quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2005 and the second quarter of 2006, since the preliminary statutory and consolidated financial statements for 2005 and the 2006 semiannual report will be published, respectively, within 90 days of the end of the fiscal year and within 75 days of the end of the first half of the year.
