Milan, July 29th, 2011 - Marco Andreasi, Chief Financial Officer of Edison since November 2007, has announced he will leave the company at the end of September to achieve a new professional course.
Edison thanks Marco Andreasi for his commitment in these years and expresses its best wishes for his future career.
On the basis of the current corporate governance, the appointment of the CFO is a Board of Directors prerogative, upon Delmi Spa’s designation.
