Milan, September 26th, 2011 – At today’s meeting, Edison’s Board of Directors appointed Massimiliano Masi as Chief Financial Officer of the company.
Masi, 40 years old, will join the company on October 1st and will also be the manager in charge of the preparation of company’s accounting documents, as required by Article 154-bis, Legislative Decree 58/1998. His curriculum is available on company’s website (www.edison.it).
On the basis of the current corporate governance, the appointment of the CFO is a Board of Directors prerogative, upon Delmi Spa’s designation.
Edison also informs that the Board of Directors meeting to approve intermediate financial statements at September 30 2011, which was already scheduled on October 25, 2011, will be held on October 28, 2011.
