Edison: Board of Directors postponed to December 29, 2011

Milan, 21 December 2011 – Today Edison's Board of Directors has met to examine the reports by the financial adivisors appointed by the Company and the independent auditors on the financial needs of Edison.

At the end of the meeting, the Board has unanimously decided to call a new meeting on December 29 at 3.00 PM to decide on the action plan for the financing of the Company in 2012.

Duty to notify to the public in accordance with Consob decision no. 11971 of 14.5.1999 as amended.
