Fabio Dubini is presently Executive Vice President in charge for Gas & Power Portfolio Management and Optimization. Until December 2020 he was Edison Exploration & Production Deputy CEO and Senior Vice President for Development and Portfolio Management. Fabio has over 30 years of broad experience and responsibilities in many segments of the energy sector both in Italy and abroad including company strategy, M&A and corporate development as well as gas and oil commercialization. Before joining Edison in 1999, Mr Dubini spent 10 years in the ENI Group in various management roles focusing on business development and LNG/gas marketing and sales.
He holds a master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Politecnico of Milan and a Master of Business Administration from MIP. He was CEO of Edison International E&P and of Edison Reggane and member of the BoD of Edison E&P, Edison International, Edison Exploration & Production U.K. and Edison Norge.
