Milan, March 16 2016 – Edison informs that Transalpina di Energia Spa has communicated the list of the candidates that it proposes for the election of Edison’s Board of Directors during the Shareholders’ Meeting called for next March 22, 2016.
The nine proposed directors are:

3 Béatrice Bigois
4 Paolo Di Benedetto (He declared himself in possession of independence requirements)
5 Gian Maria Gros-Pietro (He declared himself in possession of independence requirements)
6 Sylvie Jehanno
7 Jean-Bernard Lévy (Chairman)
8 Nathalie Tocci (She declared herself in possession of independence requirements)
9 Nicole Verdier-Naves
The proposal received and the curricula vitae of the candidates will be available to the public at the Company’s head office, on Edison Spa’s site (http://www.edison.it/en/shareholders-meeting-march-22-2016), on Borsa Italiana’s site (www.borsaitaliana.it) and on the authorized storage system “NIS-Storage” (www.emarketstorage.com).
