Milan, October 20, 2017 – Edison (the "Offeror") gives notice that on this day it has filled with Consob - pursuant to article 102, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree no. 24 February 1998, n. 58, as amended and supplemented (the "TUF") and article 37-ter of the Issuers’ Regulation - the offer document to be published (the "Offer Document") concerning the mandatory public offer (the “Mandatory Offer”) - pursuant to articles. 102 and 106, paragraph 1, of the TUF - for n. 29,612,338 of Frendy Energy shares admitted to trading on AIM Italia – Alternative Capital Market, organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., representing 49,922% of the share capital.
The filing of the Offer Document follows the notice on October 17, 2017, by which the Offeror pursuant to article 102, paragraph 1, of the TUF and article 37 of the Issuers’ Regulation (the "Notice 102") informed that the conditions to launch the Offer were met.
The Offer Document will be published once CONSOB completes its review under art. 102, paragraph 4, of the TUF.
