The World's Most Admired Companies logo Milan, 03 March 2009 – Edison is the Italian company with the strongest international reputation reaching the top of the “World’s Most Admired Companies” annual ranking by Fortune magazine. Edison got a ranking of 7.92, followed by Eni (5.88), Poste Italiane (5.14), Fimeccanica (4.99), Telecom Italia (4.90), Assicurazioni Generali (4.49), LyondellBasell Industries (4.10) and Fiat (3.56). The company also reached the second top performance worldwide in the Energy category.
