How to become a supplier

The purchasing relationship between Edison and the supplier begins with the qualification process. From January, 2009, an important innovation has been introduced, since all the suppliers are invited to be registered into the web-community RePro powered by Achilles Group.
In RePro the supplier achieves the pre-qualification both for Edison and for the other Companies participating in RePro.

RePro is an online system to collect, share and validate information provided by the suppliers, in order to carry out the classification in an efficient, objective, and not-discriminatory way.
RePro will be an important e-sourcing tool, which allows the Edison and the Subscribers Companies to access the official documentation to finalize the purchase agreements.

By the short term, RePro and the Edison’s qualification portal will be managed contemporarily.

Edison strongly expects that all its suppliers will register themselves in RePro.
