STORAGE

In compliance with the unbundling provision stated in the Letta Decree, inside Edison group on December 1st, 2001 a new company, focused on gas transmission and storage, was established: Edison T&S.

On July 30th, 2004 Edison Spa subscribed a contract with a private equity company, owned by Clessidra Sgr, to dismiss the transmission activity, selling Edison T&S and the own part in SGM with the related transportation network. At the same time, the storage activity has been moved to the new company Edison Stoccaggio, owned by Edison Group by 100%.

Edison Stoccaggio is focused on gas storage, transmission and dispatching.
